The Robot Monuments
Words today: 900.
Words total: 7,300.
Reason for stopping: Hands ache.
Darling du Jour: N/A; it was mostly transitions.
Research Roundup: Non-gross terms for Japanese skin tones; a few mil-SF synopses.
Books in progress: China Mieville, Three Moments of an Explosion.
It's been busier than I'd like around here with work, book promo, and general ragweed-plus-sick (also note: my sleep cycle in its glorious brokenness and what time it is). But between last I visited this manuscript and now, we've rearranged space so I have my own little office, with a door to shut and quiet to enjoy, and I have a feeling it's going to help matters.
Not much to add tonight (this morning? Yes). Going to hit the bed and catch a few hours.
