3. (a) The Author further grants the Publisher the right to nonexclusively archive the Work online as long as the Publisher maintains the Fantasy Magazine website.
3. (b) If at any time the Author wishes to withdraw the Work from nonexclusive archival publication online, the Author must notify the Publisher in writing. The Publisher will accede to the Author’s request within 30 days from receipt of notification.
12. If the Publisher fails to publish the Work within 24 months of the date of this Agreement, all rights granted hereunder shall immediately revert to the Author. In such event, the Author shall retain any payments made under this Agreement prior to such reversion.
I'm more than happy to send you the updated contract that we've been using for the past six months. I'm going to now see what the new website says, with regards to the rights, as we just updated it, and while in a perfect world it should match the contract, I don't want to assume so that's the case.
