Feb. 19th, 2008

Today's trip to the Cheese Boutique (nice store, lots of stuff that is not cheese to ogle, not as much cheese selection as I'd like from a place all the way at Kingsway) has yielded a nice-sized chunk of Testun di Barolo.

Find this cheese.

Eat it.

It's spendy, but I just had a few slices and I am going to die happy now.
