Yes, we can. I think most of the time that's what's done (I hope). I am trying to figure out why I don't feel that's what's being done today. I am very much feeling a witch hunt today. It's...sort of no-way-out language on the part of some speakers? Abuse language. I think that's struck a nerve in me.
