Here is the Canadian SF wiki with a (partial) list of eligible works -- one noticeable omission is The New Moon's Arms, which is my top nominee in the novel category.

If you are a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident, do your duty to your country your local SF scene just 'cause.

ON SPEC is listed for best work-other in English, but not all of the On Spec stories are noted.

I couldn't find anything on the form limiting when something had to be published by to be eligible. These are pieces published in 2007? (I'm hoping Wendy Roberts' REMAINS OF THE DEAD can be nominated next year.)

Yup, it's for 2007 publications. So all the 2008 stuff is for next year, and so forth and so on and Circle of Life. *g*
