I liked it! At least until my Kobo unexpectedly ran out of juice and then I was frustrated by the lack of resolution BECAUSE I LEFT THE CHARGER THOUSANDS OF KILOMETERS AWAY AND I WAS ONLY A HUNDRED PAGES IN AND NOW I HAVE A STACK OF PRIORITY READS TO READ FIRST. But until *that* moment, I enjoyed it.
Oh, also it turns out that if a Kobo gets really low on juice, it forgets where you were in a book and resets it to page one....
There seem to be a few waves of review copies: if I see it from the Science Fiction Book Club, I see it six months or more ahead of publication. Other places I review for give me much less lead time.
I am sure you checked my profile but for anyone who didn't and is confused:
A NOTE TO WRITERS: Most of the work I get involves reading manuscripts for Direct Brands (Formerly Bookspan), who own such imprints as the Science Fiction Book Club. If you notice that I have mentioned seeing your book six months ahead of publication, this would be how.
I posted that In the Box and immediately after that you changed what name you use here; I was worried you'd been offended by that post and changed your username to make it more clear who you were (which in turn was one of the things that led to my Because I am a Terrible Person post, although mostly that was because of someone whose account gives no hint as to their real name or age asked me if we'd gone to UW together, with some hints that if so, they had terrible memories of me. As it turned out, no, but how could I tell?)

(Hopefully it will emerge on the book depository and I can preorder it soon.)
