Spearmint

My mint plant has three stalks coming out of its pot. Each are over a foot tall.

Today, while inspecting the rosemary to see if it will support an attempt at mrissa's rosemary buns recipe, I discovered a fourth giant mint stem is growing.

So, anyone have any good recipes involving fresh mint? :)
