Kind of ironic, because if I'm remembering correctly, you wrote "Eyes Like Stars", right? If I were in a literary discussion about it, I could make the very point that your "day job"* as an SAHM thoroughly informs that book - isn't mothering (or lack thereof) a pretty central concept to it?

(I use the quotes not because I think being an SAHM isn't a job, but because I realize it isn't limited to the day.)
