Mmm beef dumplings. Do you mind if I ask what recipe you use? Surprisingly none of my cookbooks actually have a recipe for these.

I usually use this one (http://cvillette.livejournal.com/26838.html#cutid2) and substitute ground beef for the pork.

That sounds so delicious. I am now depressed that I don't have everything on hand to make them immediately. :(

Monday afternoon; it's basically the same hair, just a couple inches shorter and straightened because my hair lady seems to like straightening my hair. *g*
