I tried it a dinner tonight. Full it's only barely usable as a one handed mug (though a different handle would lessen the effect, it's mostly because of the weight, so in theory, if I were to try regularly the problem could be solved in the process.). As a jug it works quite well for the purpose in terms of control pouring at different rates (spout design and weight distribution) and fullness. If I were using it for something with components that settle, like a smoothie, I'd probably want something taller with the spout at the corner (or at a narrow part if oval), but this design is better weight wise. I just have to try it with ice cubes now, and then I'll see about multiples. Fortunately, only ~$10 each at Solutions.
